Our Returns Policy

As our garments are produced in specific size runs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the grounds of incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to consult our size guide, or contact us for personalised sizing guidance, before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

Returns are accepted only where an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained in transit. If this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@rangnoraa.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Custom Size Orders

Custom Size garments are cut specifically to the measurements you provide and are therefore final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect as outlined above.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
