Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Made-to-measure and Custom Size orders are final sale, as they are cut specifically for you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
